FSSL Online Player Registration 2008-09 |
This information is for FSSL team managers who have registered teams for the 2008-09 season. All players must register directly with the team they are playing for.
Below are the documents you need in order to register your players.
Website for player registration: www.hotstat.com/72408 (only accessible to team managers - returning managers your log in information is the same as last season)
FSSL Player Registration Overview (pdf)
Liability Waiver The liability waiver must be signed by each player you register to your team (below in pdf and word). A completed, signed waiver must be received in the FSSL office before a player pass can be produced. You may mail this form to the office, fax it or scan and email it.
